Payment Policies
Payment of net invoice shall be made in full at time of purchase through website.
We accept MasterCard or Visa.
If unable to process order via internet due to detail of project, ˝ down will be required once proof has been finalized and before the project is produced. Upon completion and before delivery or pick-up payment of net invoice shall be made in full. In this case payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Checks or Cash.
An account that becomes past due shall be assessed a service charge at the rate of 1.5% per month.
In the event the seller refers a past due account to an attorney for collection, buyer agrees to pay all responsible and necessary attorneys fees and all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by seller in connection therewith.
The seller has the right, in addition to all others it may posses, at any time, for credit reasons to withhold sign installation or shipments to job to recall goods in transit and retake same. Seller has the right to retake possession of sign to enforce payment with cost of take down added to amount due and owing.
Design
Design prices are as follows:
Set Up Fee - $15 flat fee for configuration and $60 per hour for design time. We will charge for actual time after 15 minutes. Proper files: Adobe Illustrator (.eps/.ai) version CS3 or less, TIFF, PDF, JPG files which are not vector art must be high resolution and may require extra time to format.

When necessary, design costs will be agreed upon between seller/buyer and documented with a signed estimate before the production process.
Warranty Disclaimer
Innovative Signs Incorporated does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their accuracy, usefulness, correctness, adequacy, reliability, timeliness, or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. The Pop up Banner stands carry a limited life time warranty and the graphics for the Pop up banner stands carry a 1 year limited warranty. All other banner stands carry a 1 year limited warranty. Due to the custom nature of the graphics are not warranted. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will discuss a solution on a case by case basis.
Notice
Innovative Signs Inc. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Innovative Signs Inc.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innovative Signs Inc., its officers, employees, licensors and supplier from an against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Our Order Process
1. After you select and order your item from Innovative Signs, a sales associate will contact you with in 24 hours to discuss your artwork needs if any apply.
2. A design order is then created and any artwork can be uploaded or emailed to our design department.
3. A proof will be created* and emailed to you for approval or changes. A signiture or emailed confirmation is required to approve your design for production.
4. Your item(s) will then be produced* and attached or integrated into your display.
5. Your iem(s) will then be delivered, shipped or picked up, depending on the method selected when ordering.
