Shipping Policy

Unless specified otherwise in your work order or on this Web site, all orders will be produced and shipped in ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days.  In some cases, we may not be able to fulfill your order in that time frame. Such examples include:

• Vendor unable to supply the merchandise.
• Your order is so large, in quantity or dimension, that we will need more time to fulfill it.
• Custom designed material, which requires extra time for proofing and revisions.
• Circumstances beyond our control which affect operations, including (but not limited to): power outage, flooding, act or war or terror, an act of God.

In those cases you will be contacted to discuss how we can fulfill your order and when.

For extremely large orders, we will contact you regarding the expected delivery date.

Occasionally operations permit us to fulfill an order quicker than expected.  If you need an order quickly contact us at 262-432-1330. We will process your order and ship it as fast as possible.

Local Pick-up and Delivery

 

Products can be picked up at our Waukesha, WI location at the time of completion.  We also offer complimentary local delivery to customers of Milwaukee and Waukesha counties.

Return Policy

We guarantee that your order will be exactly as you approved it. If it is not, you must notify us within five (5) business days.  Call us with precisely what is wrong. We will do what we can to resolve the situation.

Any other problems with your order can be reported by calling 262-432-1330 and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

You receive only the number of items you ordered

Some firms say that it is customary in this industry to run over on these types of orders. Not us.

You receive–and are charged for–only the number of items you ordered. On occasion an extra item appears in a shipment. You are not charged for that item; it is yours to keep. Consider it a “thank you” for doing business with us.
